With the introduction of Tweeten on Facebook, I have taken the time to try out the software. This application has allowed me to make my way around Facebook in a more efficient manner without having to leave the comfort of my PC. This is especially useful if I am away from my computer or have no access to the internet on my phone. The software allows you to create custom made profiles to suit your personal preferences and then lets you send out updates and messages from them in a very professional way.
With Tweeten 3.0, I am now adding the ability for you to save pictures as GIFs to your profile. When you upload a GIF from Tweeten, you'll receive a pop up message on your profile letting you know that the upload has begun and that you can then continue browsing your feed while the image is being processed in the background. This saves you a lot of time when you don't have time to watch the gig as it takes you to the picture you want. The applications also allows you to import pictures from your camera directly into your account without even having to use another software program such as Paint or Corel Draw. What's even better is that if you're not a Photoshop pro, the software allows you to create a new design for your pictures without having to buy any special software.
Now I have been using this software for a couple of weeks and have noticed that there is a little bit of an issue with the free trial version. Tweeten is free to use, but if you do not pay for the full version, there will be some restrictions placed on you. One of the biggest problems for me personally is that they will limit how many people can see your profile. If you have more than 10 friends who are also Twitter users, this restriction can cause issues because if a single person doesn't follow you, it won't show up in their feed until they have at least 10 friends. This is a problem that can be easily solved by purchasing the software. Once you purchase the program, it will work exactly as it's intended, so you won't have to worry about the limitations.
